You don't have to worry when you leave your cat here. My cat suffered a minor injury on the day before I took her to this cattery for a 2 week stay. They kept an eye on her wound to check that is was healing by it's self and when needed took her to a vet. They didn't charge anything extra to take her there, only the vet fees, which I thought was nice.
